Based at: Elvo White Collar Boxing Club, The KickStop Gym, 25 Whiffler Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 2AG
MONDAYS: 6.00pm - 7.10pm or 7.30pm - 9.00pm, £5.00 per class
WEDNESDAYS: 6.00pm - 7.10pm or 7.30pm – 9.00pm, £5.00 per class
ONE TO ONE, PERSONAL TRAINING: £25.00 per hour

The classes are for beginners up. Ladies and gents both welcome. Dave goes through all the training and fitness aspects of boxing, with no physical contact necessary, so you can take it to whatever level you please. (However if you wish to take you training further, you can choose to have a spar or even compete at a later date.)
Classes are £5.00 per session, no sign up fee, pay as you go. All equipment is provided.
The Boxing Club based in Norwich, Norfolk, and the same boxing gym facilities as Graham Everett and his stable of professional boxers including Sam Sexton and the Walsh Brothers.
White Collar Boxing is a fun new way to keep fit - OPEN TO EVERYONE!

What is White Collar Boxing?
“You can train to simply keep fit with no physical contact, or take you training a step further for some light sparring or even competition. Everyone welcome - Safe, professional and controlled fun.”
The sessions cover fitness and all aspects of boxing training, with no physical contact necessary - All equipment is provided. The club is boxing for beginners up.
If you choose to take your training a step further, you can even have a light spar in the ring, the club provide you with the larger padded regulation boxing gloves and regulation boxing head guards.
White Collar Boxing has become very popular in London as both a fun fitness activity for individuals and also by companies using it as part of a team building or motivational courses.

Regular Classes and Personal TrainingClasses held up to 3 times a week - EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
Corporate DaysInspires Confidence, Builds Team Spirit and Enhances Personal Development - In addition to the regular classes, the club can offer your company a full morning, afternoon or evening of motivational, team building boxing training. The sessions can be at the boxing gym in Norwich or at your company with a mobile boxing ring, bags and equipment. These sessions are bespoke to your needs and will be arranged with you prior to the session. All corporate sessions cover fitness, boxing techniques and some ring craft. Take it a step further - Competitions & Dinner Shows Under no pressure, you can even take your boxing training a step further and fight on one of the white collar boxing competitions in Norfolk. Challenge a Rival Employee or CompanyThe club provide the opportunity for you to challenge a rival employee or company - You can be put on an intense 12 week training programme and then fight on one of the white collar boxing show competitions. Boxing Gym Facilities5,000 sq ft professional boxing gym with a regulation boxing ring, many types of punch bags and large changing rooms. All safety equipment is provided. |
Details on THE white collar boxing training sessions for Norwich are below.
You can attend classes as and when you please, no need to book in. Not a problem if you can't make it every week. All equipment is provided, however hand wraps are recommended for added support to your hands and wrists, these are available to buy at the club for £4.50.
After you first few sessions, we recommend that you buy your own boxing gloves, but you are welcome to borrow the club's boxing gloves for your first few sessions. The classes and training sessions are for adult beginners up.
